Centrally located amidst all of Ocean City's charm you'll find this nautically decorated condo! Colorful and inviting, the interior of Tiburon 10A showcases all of the comforts of home.

As soon as you walk inside, you will immediately take notice of the well-equipped kitchen, displaying a full suite of appliances and plentiful meal prep space. Highlighted in light, the adjacent dining area and living room are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows/doors on one side. Kick back and enjoy each other's company as you stream your favorite show on the large TV. When all you want to do is soak in the fresh sea breeze, step onto the furnished balcony.

Down the hallway, both of the bedrooms come adorned with soft linens, private TVs, and ceiling fans. The bathroom is sizable and has a shower/tub combo.

When you are ready to explore more of Ocean City, head for Old Pro Golf, Northside Park, Fenwick Island State Park, the Freeman Arts Pavilion, Embers Island Mini Golf, and Maryland Beach.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
