Brand-new furnished single garage style apartment. It's bright, beautiful, has a high ceiling, open kitchen space with an island, wide bedroom/bathroom space, spacious living room, it's colorful and bright, and has windows that allow for some nice sunshine! There is also a central heating/AC system included and a parking space. The place is located in a safe neighborhood surrounded by the Elmwood Village, Downtown Buffalo, a few parks, and major hospitals. There are many restaurants nearby with food from plenty of different cultures and the Niagara Falls are less than a thirty minute drive away. There is also transportation nearby including a bus/train station within walking distance.
