About this property
True New York Loft: Flexible Dates/Stays
Hi there! I'm very flexible with dates and times, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
The Space: When I’m not renting out the loft, it’s my home, which means you aren’t staying in a staged space. It is filled with every necessity you’ll need and a genuine personal touch.
Located inside an old factory building in the heart of Bushwick/East Williamsburg, the space is 850 square ft. and located on the first-floor, making it a cinch to move in and out of.
The space shares only one wall with a neighbor and has 20-foot ceilings which keeps things pretty quiet. Hardwood floors, a separate office space upstairs, giant windows, a bookcase packed with books, an electric guitar and amp create a playable/workable/comfortable place to call home.
The Amenities:
High-speed wifi
Sonos sound system
Washer/dryer in unit
Air conditioning
Heat
Smoke alarm
Dedicated workspace
Dishes and silverware
Blender, Coffee maker, Toaster
Wine glasses, pots, pans
Hairdryer, flat iron + (clothing) iron
*Please note there is only a stand-up shower; no bathtub
The Neighborhood:
Bushwick is of the best neighborhoods to visit if you’re into street art, live music, bars and restaurants. It’s also the ideal area from which to explore Brooklyn — fifteen minutes in any direction you’re in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Ridgewood — and it’s a 12 min. subway ride straight to Union Square in Manhattan.
The Morgan Street subway stop (L train) is four blocks away.
Directly outside the building is a rack of Citibikes.
There’s also ample parking.
Local spots include: Win Son, Roberta’s, Otis, Falansai, Rolo’s, TV Eye, Ornithology, King County Brewers Collective, The Bushwick Collective, House of Yes, The Narrows.
House Rules: The space is for one-two guests. No children under the age of seven and no pets or smoking.
Booking & Cancellation: Half the entire amount of rental is due at the time of booking. The remainder is due one-hour after check in. .
Full refund will be issued for cancellations up to 21 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 21 days before check-in, full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
No refund after that.
