Deceptive Listing/ NOT a 1000 square ft
Unhappy from the moment we arrived. The listing clearly states reopening of restaurants April 2024. They were closed and not even close to completion. Showers coming in from beach didn’t work either. The room was perfect location but had an awful smell, a stinch hard to endure. Shower was dirty and so was screen porch. The ac unit blew hot air out on the screen porch so could not enjoy that side of the porch. Showing 1000 sq ft on listing when actually it is no more than 400 sq ft including the screen porch. Received breakfast vouchers for a restaurant not at the hotel. It was a buffet and could have been nice but the worker behind the food bins was rude and anything but helpful. This listing could have easily been updated regarding the restaurants not being completed and should not be misleading in the size of the room. Extremely disappointed.
