Do you need to get away, regroup, and reconnect with family and friends? Sunset Paradise is exactly the place for you. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath elevator access penthouse not only has beautiful panoramic views but it is quiet (no footsteps overhead) - you only hear the waves.

You can watch dolphins, paddle boarders, and sailboats as you have breakfast on the balcony. Fill your day with swimming, shelling, or just relaxing in the sun. You will always have a front row seat to a magnificent sunset in your own backyard! End your day with an evening swim in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub.

The condo has a master suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third. Altogether the condo sleeps 8. A washer and dryer are also there for your convenience.

The full size remodeled kitchen with a view of the gulf is stocked with all that you might need including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and George Forman grill. The dining table seats 6 with 4 barstools at the counter.

Sunset Paradise is a 17 unit complex with 6 beachfront condo’s. A full size BBQ grill with 2 tables are located on the lanai by the pool for your grilling and outdoor dining pleasure.

living in paradise

Evelyn thought of everything to help us out. So many games etc, Cubboards were full of dishes...pans... laundry soap to get us started... Im sure I'm forgetting stuff... bed/pillow was so comfortable we appreciated all you did/done. God bless you!!!

Beautiful location!

We loved our stay, the view was gorgeous and Evelyn had anything we could have possibly needed to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for prepping our own food, and it was quiet and comfortable.

Perfect Condo

We were 2 couples vacationing for 2 weeks. This condo had everything we needed and more. It was extremely clean and well stocked. Very quiet nights and relaxing.The pool and elevator were awesome amenities.There are restaurants and shopping close by in walking distance,the beach in your backyard,and a preserve a few blocks away. We will be back. Thank you for a great vacation!

Spring break

We have vacationed in this area of Florida every spring break since 2006 and this was one of the best places we've stayed. The place was clean, well stocked & perfectly located. I would highly recommend!

Had a fantastic time with my family. This condo is every bit as advertised. Nicely decorated and spacious. Deck has incredible view of ocean. Location is great with plenty of restaurants, bars and other amenities in walking distance. Would definitely rent here again!

Family Beachfront Getaway

The 3rd floor condo was exactly how it was described in the listing. The double bunk bed room was perfect for our family. The ease of entry and exit processes was a welcome change from other rental opportunities that I’ve been involved in. The communication from the owner was immediate and proactive. Two thumbs up overall!

Ringing in 2024 on the Beach

Had a wonderful week at Paradise Villa. Condo was exactly as expected. Evelyn was easy to communicate with and provided lots of great info about the area. Enjoyed meals at Guppies, Groupers and Keegan's. Beautiful beach, enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and tossing a ball with the kids. Lanai was perfect for watching the pelicans dive or the dolphins swim by, as well as sunsets - wow, those sunsets are something else!!

Home with sunshine

This is the first time we have stayed at this condo and it did not disapppint. The condo itself was large, clean and extremely well stocked. The views are of sun, sea and sand and the location is walkable to quite a selection of good bars and restaurants. We loved everything about it and communication with the owner was quick and easy. Will we come back? - ABSOLUTELY, YES!!!

One of the best in Indian Rocks

Host contacted us prior to check in with all necessary information which made the process very easy. The condo is very clean and there is so much attention to minor details. Very comfortable with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Evelyn was very prompt in responding to any requests. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again.

Perfect spot for our family vacation

Evelyn's condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was equipped with all we needed for the beach and pool. We used the grill on the property a couple of times, but there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location for beach access. We would definitely stay again.

2 families 1 trip

My family of 4 stayed with my friends family of 4. With the beach being so close by, the pool right there, everyone was able to do what they wanted to do when they wanted to do it. One of the best evenings we had was all of us at the pool cooking burgers on the grill. The older kids hung out in the bunk bed room when they needed some down time, the younger kids ran around the apartment, watched tv and people watched on the balcony. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and the sand wasn’t too hot. The other guests were very nice and trusting. The elevator was on working order. Parking always a little tight with a large SUV but not impossible. Every where we went for food was good. Indian rocks is definitely for families with kids as everywhere closes very early. It was nice to be so close and on the middle of Clearwater and St. pete. My mom rented a place right behind and to the right of ours and it was a very cute set up with 2 queen beds and bunk bed set. We are a family active in multiple sports (tennis, cross fit, triathlons, golf, volleyball) and church. Spending time together at the beach helps us slow down and focus on what is important.

Why they chose this property

We have stayed a week at Sunset Paradise every summer for 5 years and loved it! We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to own one now and want to share the beauty of the area with you.

There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, paddle board rentals and grocery stores within a short walk or drive. The airport is also only 30 minutes away.
