The living room boasts a cozy sectional sofa, a Smart TV, and French doors that seamlessly extend the living area to a charming courtyard. Perfect for entertaining, the courtyard features comfortable seating and a fire pit, creating an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, fully stocked for culinary enthusiasts. Built-in seating in the open-concept dining area enhances the communal vibe, while additional outdoor space invites al fresco dining with a patio table.

The primary suite offers a luxurious retreat, featuring a king-size bed with plush mattress and high-quality linens. Enjoy the convenience of a smart TV, a private ensuite with a spacious tub/shower, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with premium linens, while the third bedroom is perfect for accommodating guests or larger families with its twin-over-full bunk bed and bonus trundle bed. French doors in the bunk bedroom open to the courtyard, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

This home comes complete with central air conditioning, ensuring comfort year-round. Garage parking for one vehicle in our shared garage area adds convenience, while access to a washer, dryer, and beach equipment makes your stay hassle-free. A short walk takes you to both the beach and the vibrant local shops.

Please note, the garage parking and laundry facility are shared with the back unit tenant. Designated laundry hours for guest use are from 10am to 3pm daily. The back unit is a fully separated space above the garage with separate entrance, the garage is the only shared area.

Perfect Getaway
Perfect location, spotless home, well-stocked and very comfortable for our family. We had our middle-school aged boys (3) in tow and the family pooch and everyone was very comfortable. Plenty of room and all the supplies and comforts to keep us happy. Restaurants within easy walk, the ferry to the peninsula very close, the park with a basketball hoop just one street over - darn near heaven for our fam! Thank you for sharing your home!!!!

Great Property
I have been coming to the island since I was a kid. The house was great. Convenient for ferry and market access, as well as to Island Grill (one of my favorite hole in the wall restaurants). Also, right around the corner from a great mexican restaurant, Todos Santos. Very close to South bayfront and also a short walk from the swimming beach on Diamond/Ruby at North Bayfront which my kids love. The house was clean and well furnished, super organized and had everything you could need. They had chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards to use. All I had to bring was beach towels which was quite nice. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

July Family Vacation at Island Bliss Cottage
Beautiful house with all the amenities. Greatly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Well equipped kitchen and the Nespresso machine was a welcome bonus for our morning coffee routine. Perfect location on Balboa Island. Quick walk to the ferry or the island’s main road with all the restaurants and shops. Super easy check in and check out process and clearly communicated. Will definitely book again.

Lovely home on Balboa Island!!
This home on Balboa Island was the perfect vacation getaway! The home is spotless and well appointed with all of the things we needed for our stay. We had an issue with the heater and the property manager was at our home within minutes with a space heater and had everything fixed before we left. The home has a nice little courtyard with a fire pit and a front porch for relaxing. We enjoyed our time at this home (we spent two weeks) and would recommend this home for anyone who wants to spend some time in Newport Beach!
