At this 30-guest capacity, 12-bedroom mansion, bedtime will be a blast because these kids bedrooms have some of the coolest beds we've ever seen! For all the Star Wars fans, if you've ever wanted to sleep under an AT-AT, this is your time to shine. Whether storming the battle of Hoth or getting a good night’s sleep, you’re likely to find yourself in the Stars Wars AT-AT bunk bed. Or maybe your little adventurers would rather chase after dinosaurs in their own jeep bunk-bed? We've got you covered in the Jurassic Park theme room. We've also got a Frozen themed room, with two full sized beds with colourful bedding, a light up castle, and murals featuring characters from the movie.

Nine other expertly-designed bedrooms are located throughout the house. On the ground level you'll find a primary suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, and three separate Queen bedroom suites, each with an ensuite bathroom. There are four more spacious King bedrooms upstairs as well, each with a sparkling ensuite. There is also another Queen bedroom suite with an ensuite, as well as the kids theme rooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, so everyone can catch up on their fav shows before bed.

And the fun doesn't stop there! The garage has been converted into a games room with a Superhero theme. Don't worry - there's still plenty of parking on the driveway, with space for 4 cars, and any overflow can park at the clubhouse. Meanwhile you can enjoy a game of billiards, or work on your short game on the putting green, right in your own accomodation!

If you're more of a sun-seeker, we haven't forgot about you. Check out the back sundeck, with it's own private swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. Soak up the sunshine from one of the sun lounger chairs, or relax in the shade at the outdoor lounge with a cool beverage. There's even a poolside dining area, and you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill.

And wait until you see the kitchen! We're talking stainless steel appliances, large quartz topped kitchen island with bar seating, loads of countertop and cupboard space, 2 full sized fridge/freezer combo units, and even 2 large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up.

The amenities continue upstairs with the in-home movie theatre. Complete with a light up star covered ceiling, plush comfy seating, and a massive projector screen.

Guest Access:
Parking:
• Up to 4 vehicles can park in the driveway. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

Resort Access:
• You’re provided with complimentary access to Bella Vida Resort
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round
