This neighborhood is close to everything! Calgary Stampede, 17th Ave entertainment, 4th Ave top-rated restaurants, local parks, and a great launching point to drive west to the Canadian Rockies or south to the foothills and horse country.

A top deck with premium furniture is perfect for a nice day or evening entertaining with superb views of downtown Calgary. The townhome is set up for executive style luxury with every amenity included.
