Daytona Beach Cozy, warm water front home with a beautiful intercoastal view.
Close to all the action, Daytona 500, Rolex, Bike week etc. Just minutes away from downtown Daytona.. Beautiful 3 bed / 2 bath home. Master has a fulll bath and a Queen bed. Second bedroom has a Queensize bed with view to the intercoastal along with another full bath. Third bedroom has a Full size bed. Home has all accentials, air conditioner, heat, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and an air fryer. Nice big backyard for easy parking and if you have kids plenty of space to play. If you want to just relax you have your choice from sitting in the recliner or the couch and watch the sailboats pass by. If your an early bird you can enjoy the amazing sunrise. Also you can relax on the front porch if you want to enjoy the perfectly warm weather. Property has 24 hour surveillance on the outside of the home. Patio chairs in the front for your relaxation and watch the boats.
