The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed & two twin beds. Full bath with shower & washer and dryer. Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning along with 2 off street parking spots.
Our house is in the desirable location of South Sandpoint, 5 blocks away from the core of downtown and 2 blocks away from the Lake Pend Oreille. We are also close from City Beach.
You can walk or ride your bike to multiple restaurants, breweries, bars, stores...
Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort is just 20 minutes away along with The Idaho Club which is the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Idaho.
