New 2 bedroom home with spectacular lakefront views. Located on a private drive with only a few houses in quite neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets, swimming, fishing and relaxation. Close to the colleges. 10 miles to Cornell and Ithaca College.

The house was built in 2008 and has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a spectacular view of the lake. There are hard wood and masonry floors throughout.

Great house! Fabulous location!

Fantastic views from every room. Comfy beds. Loved the fireplaces! Close to all the wineries. Will definitely return.

Lake view relaxation

The property is comfortable, an easy drive from Ithaca and natural attractions. The lake views were lovely and our weather was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for Thanksgiving

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and loved the quiet location. Access to walk to Salt Point Natural Area and a short drive to other walking locations. The location is secluded, but very close to Lansing and Ithaca. The owners were very kind and accommodating with our unscheduled flight changes.

Very Clean

The house was Very Veey clean. Kitchen was wonderful. The fire pit flagstone patio was absolutely wonderful. If you want to sit by the fire and over look the lake you have to stay here… beautiful. Definitely a great couples get away. Very quite and secluded

Property reached by short gravel road. Steep driveway for parking. Operating instructions for the many efficient heating/cooling wall-mounted units are on the kitchen bar counter. Kitchen well-stocked for cooks AND bakers! Stairs to lakeview master bedroom with jacuzzi tub & full bath with shower.

Lakeside Gem!

This house is so warm and cozy…it really feels like “home”! It is as clean as can be, comes equipped with everything you need, and the property manager is so helpful and accommodating. The views are beautiful and calming too. We could not have been happier during our stay!!! Highly recommend this rental!!!

Heavenly

We've stayed here twice and it's the absolute best place in the whole area. I've stayed at a half dozen other properties all over the Finger Lakes region, but this one takes the cake. Gorgeous house, every amenity you could want, and the best sunset view available. A few minutes drive takes you into Ithaca for restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and the Ithaca Farmers' Market. Can't overstate what a great place this is to stay.

Great stay

The house was very pretty and clean. Everything you need I.e. garbage bags, plates cups cleaners were available. Comfortable beds. Only negative thing is I wish the grass was cut but this may have been because it was off season But would not be discouraged by this. Definitely would stay here again

Perfect little getaway

My husband and I had the best time. The house was gorgeous. The view from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom was magnificent. Although the weather didn’t permit us to use the lake, we loved that it was available to use if needed. It’s super quiet and off the beaten path. The house has some very cool gadgets like a panting AC and gas fireplaces. We would definitely go back.

Great stay for fit people

The house and lake view are exactly as described - beautiful. The property and walkway to the lake and dock are not accurately portrayed. The steps shown are a partial view, which does not include a steep metal stairway in need of repair, walk across railroad tracks, and loose planks on the dock.

Perfect Cayuga Lake Getaway

Jennifer’s Cayuga Lake property was perfect for our anniversary getaway. She was also a great host, providing detailed description of the property & amenities as well as timely communication. The house was very comfortable and well-stocked. We used all the outdoor spaces: the cozy fire pit area, the large deck for dinner, the covered porch for breakfast, the master bedroom balcony for happy hour relaxation and the lake dock for viewing lovely sunsets over Cayuga Lake. We also used the paddle board & kayaks (stored in a locked shed at the lakefront) that are free to use with the rental. The location is great because it is a quiet area outside of a small town but so close to Ithaca with all the city’s amenities. We loved this place in the Finger Lakes!

Dream Stay

Overall 5+ stars! Only one very tiny issue and that was we arrived late in the evening and unfortunately the solar lights didn’t come on so we used our cellphone lights to see the digital lock box. That was extremely minor and that’s the most we could possibly have complained about! Everything about the house was awesome, we were so sad to leave. The amenities are top-notch, the house was spotless, the scenery is fantastic, and the “neighborhood” was quiet. Kitchen is amazingly well-equipped, the main bedroom is stellar, the living room is oh so comfortable and the views over the lake (Cayuga) were just perfect. I probably shouldn’t gush too much as we plan to return and we don’t want it to get too busy! 5+/5 stars

Very cozy lake house

Our family had a wonderful time in this lake house. It has everything: breathtaking views, exceptional cleanliness, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and many local attractions. We visited the Ithaca market, hiked the Cornell waterfalls, and enjoyed the barbeque with the sunsets at the lake.

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The best part about the property are the views and how the home has many different opportunities to enjoy these views (from the outdoor back porch, fire pit, kitchen table windows, living room windows with recliners, and the master bedroom with a full wall of windows). We spent time listening to the waves and enjoying the peace and quiet (we went for an anniversary weekend and left our young kids with my parents). The master bedroom is phenomenal. It is spacious. The bed is large and comfortable. We enjoyed taking a bubble bath in the jacquizzi in the bedroom. There are several fire places and two large flat screen tvs. The property was well stocked. The kitchen was new and had anything you could possibly need to cook a meal, including (this impressed me) one of those faucets that comes from the top of the stove if you need to fill a pot with water. The manual left by the owners was very helpful. We drove around Ithaca and went out to dinner and a brewery nearby. Wish we could have used the fire pit, but it rained both nights. But we still had such a nice time and I would highly reccomend this place! We will be back!
