Gulf-front One Bedroom Pinnacle Port Unit

Located in Pinnacle Port's Tower building, this contemporary one bedroom unit has two Queen beds in the first bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a tub/shower combination. Going upstairs, you will find a spacious dining area overlooking Lake Powell, Pinnacle Port's docks and boat launch. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a stack washer/dryer unit for your convenience. A half-bath is on the second floor. The living room is Gulf-front and has its own balcony with wonderful views of the Gulf and Beach. There is a Murphy bed in the living room for additional sleeping.
Pinnacle Port Resort is situated on a 25+ acre site within a beautiful gated community having over ¼ mile of beach frontage! The complex has lots of amenities including two swimming pools, tennis courts, sauna/steam room, fitness room, its own private freshwater dock with boat slips boat launch and wi-fi. Equipment for the shuffleboard courts, corn hole, bocci ball, volley ball, basketball is available to check-out at the rental office.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying here, it’s super clean, the beds are comfortable & the couch has a massager built in! Would definitely stay here again. The only weird thing was getting the door code to get in. I’ve stayed at pinnacle port many times in different rentals for the past 10 yrs & I’ve never had to call to get the code? I’ve always had it days in advance. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is adequate for a vacation on the beach. Amenities are average, accommodations average but no major complaints. This particular unit is dated and has several items in disrepair (blinds, stove, shower head) but it’s still a good value for the location. The Murphy bed is a plus! Unit was clean.
