Beautiful newly remodeled lakefront 3-4 bedroom 2-1/2 bath pool home with den for extra sleeping or office space. Granite countertop kitchen with new appliances, equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Home is located on a lake with access to the intercoastal waterway(no bridges) and Gulf of Mexico. Heated pool(for extra fee) with outdoor shower in large, screened lanai. Located in nice neighborhood halfway between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Perfect for a family getaway.

We are full time hosts and vacation rental property managers with a passion for creating a memorable experience. We believe short-term and vacation rentals are the best way to travel and I have personally been using them for years. We are always looking for a unique place to stay when we travel and our goal is to offer that kind of experience in all our properties.
Why they chose this property
Great quiet location halfway between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Located on a lake with direct intercostal and gulf access (no bridges!). Close to shopping but away from the traffic and noise of the city. Take a trip to Matlacha and visit all the quaint shops and restaurants. Or visit Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda. Lots of things to do in the area and yet away from the hustle a bustle of Cape Coral and Punta Gorda.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful, remodeled home on quite lake. Great views from the lanai looking north. You may even get lucky enough to see a launch from Cape Canaveral! Dolphins visit the lake from time to time so never know what you might see.
