We're excited to share that Elation will undergo an exterior enhancement project starting September 3, 2024, with an anticipated completion by Spring 2025. This project will include the resurfacing and sealing of balcony decks, ensuring your future stays are even more enjoyable. While certain sections of the building will be temporarily closed during this work, and construction materials like scaffolding will be present, you'll still be perfectly situated to experience all the vibrant activities and attractions of The Village of Baytowne Wharf.
