Experience
Everything was good except for the garbage that we left in the trash cans outside, since every morning it was all thrown away and the trash cans on the ground, it is said that there are bears in that area, but we were always organized when collecting the garbage and every morning we had to pick it up from the floor, other than that everything was okay.

Spring Golf Getaway
HTH#4 Just as advertised. We are group of 8 golfing friends (54 and older) who join up for one weekend in May as much for the friendship as the golf. The location was ideal for us: 20 minutes to 3 courses, 2 breweries, and dining. Hot Tub Heaven #4 offered plenty of space for our group to lounge and relax. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped for meal preps and food storage. The 2 baths were well equipped as were the sleeping areas. The Pros - It's a well equipped cabin in the woods The Cons- (not to us) but It's a cabin in the woods If we return to Front Royal area play the other 2-3 local courses, we will book this site again. I know we are in the woods but there were a lot of bugs inside the house.
We saw bees and carpenter bees making nests on the patio. Please treat house for insects often.

Very nice cabin! A bit quirky in its layout, but that’s part of the charm! We had a great time. Thanks for having us!

Cool and relaxing until can use some attention
There was plenty of room for our group of 7 people and two dogs. The hot tub was a hit for us. The only comment I have is that there was not much cooking appliances available. Take your own as there is not much available.

Could of been more pleasant
Beautiful area and cabin! The beds were unfortunately uncomfortable for the whole family you can feel the springs but n your back and didn’t get much sleep due to it being uncomfortable. One of the rooms upstairs smelled like cigarette smoke which caused upstairs to smell like it if the bedroom door was open. The Shanadoah river kept saying one google maps that it was 60 min away and on listing it said it was closer, didn’t get much fishing time in dude to it was a drive. There is deep lake only 5 min. away which was nice but very small. Besides those couple things it was ok. The part which was hard was running off very little sleep because of the beds and the bad smell in the cabin.

Perfect getaway
Absolutely beautiful cabin and location is breath taking! Everything was clean and beds and linens were so soft! Although it rained the entire weekend, it was still so homey feeling! We will definitely be coming back! Best weekend getaway we have ever had!

Where to begin
I have never written a review before but felt like I must this time. My family and I get together for vacation every year and so look forward to it but this year was the worst. Not because of Virginia which is beautiful but the cabin. It was unclean ( and I am being nice here) black large ants were everywhere, mouse poop everywhere including the toaster. Cob webs everywhere. They asked us to make the beds before we left, WHY? We hated going back to the cabin in the evening. A nice man came to clean the hot tub and told us out of nine rental houses these people owned we were staying at the best. 😬😬😬😬

Needs some improvements
This place is really out in the woods - which is a nice feature. Unfortunately, we arrived to find the air conditioners barely functioning due to the dirt; dust and bugs in them - so we had to clean all the filters. Went into the kitchen to put away groceries and found huge cobwebs dangling from the ceiling - ok it's a cabin - but when I started opening kitchen drawers to get a feel where everything was - I found an abundance of mice droppings - needless to say not very pleasant. Two of the bedrooms had walls covered in cobwebs - I immediately contacted the owner and he promised to have his property mgr come by the next day - unfortunately he never showed. I had cleaned out one drawer and really didn't want to spend the few days there cleaning out the rest - but - it made for an unpleasant visit. Several screens were badly torn and there was on oder through out the house - I think because it hadn't been opened up and the AC weren't working well. The owner said he would refund some of our money - which I appreciate - so far that hasn't happened.

Awesome Getaway!!
We had a fantastic time with our family at the Cabin. Close to town and had all the amenities of home. Hiking and Lake just up the street and the hot tub was great too. Owners were a pleasure to work with. We'll be back soon.

Gorgeous property in wonderful area
We enjoyed our stay at Hot Tub Heaven #4. Beautiful cabin and very close to many area attractions. The mountain is like a secret hideaway but there are tons of things to do nearby. It was nice and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided and more. We will be coming back, and we love that they're dog friendly! It was the perfect home away from home.

Great Mountain Country retreat!
This was the perfect getaway! The Cabin was nice and clean, had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and everything worked properly. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were pleasant as well. Highly recommended! Get into the woods and enjoy nature! We went tubing, hiking and had some amazing wine at the local vineyards!

Best Family Vacation To Date
I rented this cabin for my whole family partially based on how inexpensive it was and also because my daughter would be able to bring her puppy along, which saves us a ton in boarding fees. It was the most beautiful and serene place I have ever visited and it really brought the whole family together. The cabin was fully decked out and it was like a home away from home for us. The best part was definitely taking dips in the hot tub when the kids were asleep. They had a blast exploring and playing outside while the wife indulged at the winery and local antique shopping. The customer service was amazing as well and this vacation wound up being above and beyond our expectations. I would love to visit here again and would reccomend it to anyone.

Best Family Vacation To Date
I booked a vacation here partially because it was so inexpensive and also because my daughter could bring her young puppy along and that saved us a ton of money in boarding him. The setting was so serene and peaceful and the cabin was fully decked out. We had all the comforts we could want and it was like a home away from home, but better. Our favorite part was taking dips in the hot tub when the kids went to sleep and the wife loved visiting the local wineries and doing a bit of antique shopping. The kids enjoyed playing outside and just enjoying nature. The customer service was excellent and the cabin, as well as the vacation exceeded our expectations. I would highly reccomend this as a vacation and I would love to visit there again.

Impressive!
The hot tub cabin was just heavenly! Me and my husband and a couple of friends stayed here and had an amazing experience! I especially liked that I could bring my furry friend. The cabin was roomy and had plenty of room. It had so many ammenities I felt like I was at home. The decor was also lovely. Of course, the best part was the hot tub! Me and my husband and friends really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Pure relaxation!
What a wonderful place - a beautiful home! The décor was both creative and comfortable. In fact, I made a few mental notes for my own home. My husband enjoyed the solitude and autumn leaves, golfing at the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club, and (need I say it) the hot tub. Uther and Mattie gave two paws up for the "the best sniff and search yard in Front Royal". The hot tub, the albums and turn table - the board games. Pure relaxation! Job well done! Thanks!!!

Exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful retreat!
What a wonderful time we had at Hot Tub Heaven! The cabin was lovely! It was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful retreat. A small group of deer - 2 bucks, 2 does - wandered past on Sat. AM. We thought they were beautiful, but I think Chloe thought they were breakfast. LOL! Once we figured out how close it was, we went to Skyline Drive & that was awesome! We snapped pics at just about every scenic overlook. Everything was terrific and we wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay. We've been raving about the place since we got back & have had more than a few inquiries about how to book. Hopefully you'll see some new guests soon! Thank you again & we hope to stay with you again in the future.

The Perfect Valentine's Getaway
We certainly enjoyed it, out on the deck in 19° - in the hot tub. It was very romantic, with all the stars out late at night. Hot Tub Heaven is so much like being home. We have really enjoyed our short stay here. But we will be back. That's for sure. The fireplace was nice and warm on our cold days & nights. The decorations here were just right. We love it! That was very nice of you. Keep up the good work. Until next time, thanks again. See you soon!

Nice vacation house and nice owner!
We several families had a reunion during the weekend. It was a great place for family fun. Not only four queen bedrooms, it also has a couch which can be converted to two twin beds. My daughter left her sweater, I sent an email to the owner, and I got it on the 2nd day. Great Place! Joey

Great time! Everything we needed.
Our first night was wonderful; I slept so well with the fresh mountain air - so crisp and clean. The bed was comfortable and the place was so clean! Everything you needed was here. So planned out and thoughtful! I like the directions to all the places and the candles and the plants make it so warm and cozy! It was decorated so cute! We liked it so much we stayed for the weekend too - luckily it was available! Luray Caverns is a must see. I especially like the book of things to do and the restaurants to visit. Who ever thought of putting this book together was a genius! We will be back in September for sure and will tell friends of this place! Thank you!

Why they chose this property

We love this area and opened Hot Tub Heaven on Blue Mountain because the Shenandoah National Park is the number one reason people from around the world visit our area. Guests will also enjoy visiting Skyline Drive, Shenandoah River State Park, State Arboretum of Virginia and right at the top of our mountain - a short distance from any cabin - is the Appalachian Trail!
Trail hiking is popular year round, as is bird and wildlife watching!

Hot Tub Heaven is in the heart of Virginia Wine country! Explore dozens of wineries within 30 minutes of the Chalet! Including our mountain winery, Fox Meadow. Wineries like Fox Meadow, Rappahannock Cellars, Naked Mountain and several others are open 7-days a week. On weekends, the possibilities are limitless.

Skyline Caverns and Luray Caverns are also must sees and short drive from Hot Tub Heaven. Guests should also consider day trips to places like New Market and America's Celebration on Parade, Shenandoah Caverns (the only cavern in the valley with an elevator), the Natural Bridge, Monticello, Walton's Mountain, Montpellier, Manassas Battlefield and even Washington, DC.

Since the Shenandoah Valley is where a large share of the Civil War Battles occurred, there are several driving tours, such as the Battles of Front Royal, Cedar Creek, Fishers Hill, New Market, and Winchester, Kernstown, Rappahannock County and Harper's Ferry.

The Walking tours of Front Royal, Winchester, Luray are excellent ways to experience the various rich histories amid a relaxed do it at your own pace atmosphere.

Driving scenic roads (such as Fort Valley Road) and exploring small towns like Syria, Little Washington, Sperryville, Shenandoah, Rileyville, and a million other such towns and hamlets in the Valley.

Antiquing and shopping are always fun and in abundance in our area.
