If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.

2/ City of Huntington Beach Ordinance - The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.

3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.

4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.

5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY

6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed.

7/ No pets please.

8/ This property has cameras by the front yard and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.
