Welcome to the “Bertram’s By The Bay!” This home has a private, direct, view of the Back Bay of Lake Superior, right out the window. It is 5 minutes from the Bay Mills Resort and Casino. We have a small child’s swing set in the back yard, fire pit, two kayaks, and a garage bay for parking. The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a heated mud room to hang snow gear. We hope you enjoy the cozy and relaxing environment!

Weekend snowmobile trip

Nice location, easy access. We were able to snowmobile right from the house due to the Bay being frozen. Casino and good restaurants near by made it nice. Would definetly stay here again.

Wonder place! Super clean, and spacious!! Owner was really nice and easy to work with. We enjoyed our weekend and the place was absolutely amazing even better than pbotos!! We will stay there again!!

Peaceful Fall getaway

Our group of three retired women thoroughly enjoyed the serene property. The home was comfortable and well stocked with a great zen-like view. We loved having the best of all worlds being able to relax on the deck, visit town, or sightsee many of the area attractions.

Nice Place to stay

We enjoyed the view of the lake, from the backyard. We were only able to use the firepit one day, as weather turned windy. The house was well furnished and clean. We enjoyed the five days there.

Great Vacation Spot

We enjoyed the spacious accommodations and especially the great amenities including the kayaks and the swing out in the back. The kids loved the large sand pit and toys and the kids books and games were an added plus. The personalized basket of treats upon arrival was very thoughtful, but nothing beat enjoying the morning coffee on the back patio with the view of the bay! Definitely would stay again if back up north!

Weekend trip

Plenty of space for all of us. We especially enjoyed the big comfortable couch, basket of treats and great view of the bay! On a nice quiet road, good for morning walks.

The home was very comfortable and peaceful. The views were amazing! The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and relax. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again if we were visiting the area

Family Vacation

My husband and I wanted to take a trip with our two small children, along with my parents and sister. My parents grew up in the Soo so this area was great for taking our kids to explore. The house and property was perfect for us and we plan to return.

Wonderful family vacation

Such a peaceful setting. Spacious home and comfortable beds. The view was a treat. The kayaks were an added bonus. The kids loved the beach area and shallow entry on the property. Close to many sites to visit. We loved the little welcome basket of goodies- so thoughtful.

Stayed here while visiting sights around the Upper Peninsula. The home has a beautiful view of the bay. We were within an hour or two to enjoy the Soo Locks, Sherman Beach, Mackinaw Island, Whitefish Point, Tahqaumenon Falls, and Munising. The kids enjoyed the sandy area next to the garage. Was a nice place to stay. Would stay again

All good but...

Home was very clean & water was beautiful. Glad we were able to use the kayaks, that was alot of fun. My only but would be, only one television. If that is not a consideration for you, it was perfect.
