Beautiful Sunlight Bungalow

Located near Denver's premier South Broadway dining district, The Santa Fe Art District, and Levitt Pavilion concert venue, our beautiful bungalow features a spacious garden and patio for enjoying Colorado weather and peaceful nights.
It has a fully-equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances for the chef in your group.
Parks, pickle ball courts, walking/biking trails just minutes away.
Easy access to I-25, light rail, downtown, and foothills.

Home features comfortable, flowing floor plan, large windows, hardwood floors in main living area, large master bedroom and guest room with black-out blinds.

Guests may access from back door off of car port. Room for two vehicles in driveway, one space covered by car port.

Backyard is large and beautiful in the spring with flowers in garden. Back porch is open, but largely protected from view by landscaping.
The home is perfectly situated between authentic ethnic dining spots to the west and upscale, trendy restaurants and bars to the east.

Great House Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. Was perfect location to get all around Denver. Plenty of room for the three of us to relax at end of day. Will be back one day.

Cute and spacious!

This home is lovely. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and bonus space to enjoy. The decor and furnishings are dated but functional. The manager was wonderful to work with. Would stay again if traveling with another adult. Neighboring streets were a bit sketchy. This location worked well for us being between the airport and Red Rocks.
