Futura Yacht Club is located at Mile Marker 88 bayside in the most desired part of the Florida Keys...Islamorada. Futura is a HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER private club with gated entry, marina (36ft max), boat ramp, pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, boat and trailer storage, sunbathing beach, and grills. Condo 103 is owned by a husband and wife who reside in Orlando. This is a life long dream to own a piece of paradise in the Keys. We purchased the condo in Nov 2021 and have made MANY upgrades to the unit. We use it in the summer time and do monthly rentals throughout the year. The condo is meticulously maintained. It's bright and airy and features new floors, new dishwasher and fridge, new furniture, gorgeous bedding and sheets, fully functioning kitchen, 3 smart tvs, USB outlets. Utilities included. Balcony overlooking tennis courts. Laundry 5 steps from front door. Located 1st floor with elevator 10 step from front door. Sleeps 5. Boat dock can be secured. 28 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL.

Our condo is a life long dream of ours! We use is mostly in the summer but LOVE to open our vacation home to monthly renters. We take HUGE PRIDE in our condo and have done a ton of work on it to make it fabulous. It is spotless and super comfy. We live in Orlando and personally clean it ourselves between renters. We NEVER trust out sourced cleaning companies. Trust me, I am a clean freak and this condo will be perfect when you enter!

Islamorada is the GEM of all of the Keys. Ask anyone and they will tell you it's the place to be in the Keys. Futura Yacht Club is highly known for its amazing amenities. And if you are a boater, we have on site boat and trailer storage, our own boat ramp and marina that can hold up to a 34ft boat.
