Never ever rent a listing by this property manager if you want to make sure you are going to have a place to stay. This was the second apartment I attempted to reserve/rent from the same property manager. The 1st time he canceled because supposedly he was double booked via a different method. So he canceled it without even asking 1st. After having to spend time chatting with him, he offered another listing he had in the same area and honored the original price. A week later four days before my trip he pulled the same story to VRBO and no explanation to me. He never gave me any other solution. Just cancelled without a word. I messaged him and said the only acceptable reason for a cancellation would be if his apartment burnt down or other catastrophe. Still nothing from him. Luckily VRBO helped me out and will be compensating me for some of my higher expense at a hotel close by.
