WE ARE BACK IN BUSINESS!!!
Come enjoy the new look with new furniture, appliances, and artwork.
But same laid back Old-Florida cottage in the best neighborhood of Anna Maria Island.
We have renovated this classic 1950 duplex style cottage -
this listing features the 1BR West Unit complete with a new kitchen, beautiful bath with walk-in tiled shower, spacious dining and living rooms, and Best of all - an old fashion front porch to enjoy the island breeze and views of the beach.
Unit features a very comfortable queen bed, and now a brand new, easy to use sofa bed that slides out and up. Much more comfortable.
We have been renting island cottages all this same street for almost 25 years! Details of them all are listed down below.
The East side of the cottage is a 2BR unit that can be rented separately or combined with the West Unit.

Just 100 feet to the most gorgeous sugar sand beaches in all of Florida.
And, just 150 to the bay, with a neighborhood dock at the end of our street.
Easy 5 minute stroll up to Historic Bridge Street with lots of local restaurants and shops, and entertainment.
Bike the trails along the beach. Enjoy the gorgeous parks. Stroll the trails of the mangrove preserves.
