The living room features a cozy pull-out couch, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Adjacent to the living area is a newly added full bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for everyone.

This charming home near the beach, ingeniously transformed into three separate units, each with its own unique character and style.

Unit A. located at the front of the house, features a cozy living space with large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the room. An outdoor sitting area along with a fenced side yard for your fur baby! The decor is beach-inspired, creating a relaxed and airy ambiance. This unit has a small kitchen, perfect for preparing light meals or snacks.

Unit B positioned in the middle of the house, has a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The interior design reflects a modern coastal aesthetic, combining comfort and functionality.

Unit C is situated at the far left of the house, provides a sense of seclusion and tranquility. This unit has its own fenced outdoor space with a grill and dining area also the largest of all three units. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed bedroom, a bathroom, living area and fully stocked kitchen creating a cozy retreat for guests.

The shared space of the property, is just the parking area. and the property still allows for individual privacy.
