About this property

This newly built cottage on Cuba lake is the perfect place for your family retreat. Located just outside the quaint little town of Cuba, NY this lake front getaway will offer all you need! 5 comfortable bedrooms, large open living, dining, and kitchen area. Wrap around decking with "tree house" sitting area will give you breathtaking views at every angle.

We absolutely love our cottage and hope you do, too. Cuba, NY, is an adorable little, rural town 20 minutes from Olean, NY. In Olean, there's a YMCA (pool and outdoor ice skating) and rec center with indoor ice skating, movie theater, restaurants, and arts council. A play based learning and family community center just opened in Portville, NY, which is also 20 minutes down the road. Check that out on Facebook. It's called ABC: A Beautiful Child. There are skiing and snow tubing in Ellicottville, NY, about 40 minutes from the cottage. Or just cozy up and stay in! There are toys, games, and puzzles available as well as tv and wifi. Fantastic Family Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home and property. The home was comfortable, warm and welcoming. So many things to do. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our family for a week.

We enjoyed our stay. Great views from living room, bedrooms, and decks. Lots of room for family. We were here off season for our daughter’s college graduation, but would love to return in the summer to enjoy time on the lake.

Sisters Weekend

We rented this property for our annual sisters weekend and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room inside the house and several deck areas that can be utilized for hanging out. Parking was a bit tough since we had multiple cars but the road wasn’t too busy this time of year. We had a great time! Thank you!

Lovely stay

My family had a lovely stay! The views of the lake were so peaceful and beautiful. The house had a lot of good natural light, and it felt comfortable and homey. There was plenty of room to spread out - my kids enjoyed having room in the house to carve out their own special spaces. The place was very clean and stocked with all the basic supplies you'd need. We enjoyed exploring the area - finding maple syrup farms and trying local restaurants. We visited when the weather was cool, but we could only imagine how much fun the place would be in warmer months, when you could use the lake more!

Amazing cottage on the lake

The cottage is amazing. It's all windows. There is decking all the way around with some covered, and so many beds. It's also mere feet from the water. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would very much enjoy staying here again!

It was a perfect getaway with friends, 30 min. To ski slopes. Very relaxing, beautiful and can only imagine its beauty to be even more in the summer Only worry about parking if we had more people and more car but not a reason to deter us from returning
