This is a place for summer barbecues on the stone terrace, winter evenings spent playing pool by the fireplace, and nightly soaks in the hot tub beneath shimmering skies full of stars.

The location of this two-story home is both serene and convenient, with Lake Tahoe itself visible from the backyard. You'll be mere minutes from Kings Beach State Recreation Area (less than two miles), NorthStar California Resort (5.5 miles), Incline Village (seven miles), Sand Harbor (11 miles), Tahoe City (10 miles), and charming downtown Truckee (12 miles).

The interior is full of luxe finishes, from air conditioning in the bedrooms (a rarity at Lake Tahoe!) and a whole-house humidifier system, to professional-grade kitchen appliances including a Viking refrigerator, a Wolf gas range, and a wine cooler for entertaining. You'll find ample seating at every turn - an expansive kitchen island, a cozy dining nook, a plush living room with a smart TV, and the billiard room with its floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.

In the summer months, sip your coffee (Drip coffee maker), dine alfresco at the large table with a fire feature in the center, or simply breathe in the fragrant pine air on the terraced patio, the large deck, and two levels of balcony space. The expansive backyard offers a quiet space to relax or play on the lush lawn and backs to open forest with hiking trailheads just steps from the yard.

All three bedrooms are upstairs, each paired with its own full bathroom for privacy. Of the bedrooms, two have direct balcony access and two are outfitted with desk workspaces so you can log onto the complimentary WiFi in peace.

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND
ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF A PROPERTY AND ALL PET WASTE NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.
•PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SPACES: 4 - STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED YEAR-ROUND. PLEASE NOTE THAT, IN WINTER, PARKING MAY BE LIMITED TO 3 CARS DUE TO HEAVY SNOWFALL.
