Your own tropical paradise overlooking the fabulous Florida Bay in idyllic Islamorada. Futura Yacht Club is a 70 unit community with a 53 slip marina and accommodations available for that tranquil tropical getaway you've always imagined.
Futura Yacht Club is a gated community . This is a three level, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhomes are also available and very popular. Townhomes also offer full kitchens with dining areas, balconies and private laundry. It overlooks the marina with the tennis court and swimming pool just steps away. There is a boat slip in front of the townhome available for boats up to 36 feet with easy ocean access through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek.
Amenities Include:
Boat slip in front of townhome. $200/week or $250 holiday week
Boat ramp and trailer storage available. Trailer storage is $150 per stay payable directly to Futura Yacht Club (*new in 2024)
