Sleeps 12 - Includes Boatslip within steps of your front door! Pingally Point is a brand new modern home on the bay perfect for your family vacation!
*Currently being furnished, complete photos will be available end of May. Guests responsible for own sheets & towels. (Sleeping arrangements - 2 king rooms, one queen room, one queen sleep sofa in rec room, two bunk beds in a room)
Enjoy 2 primary suites and 2 guest suites, a sleek modern kitchen with sprawling island & plenty of decks with surround water views and breathtaking sunsets. An inverted floor plan maximizes on the gorgeous scenery of Whites Creek. Just over 2 miles to beautiful Bethany Beach & less than a mile to James Farm Ecological Park & biking trails.
This will be the perfect spacious family vacation home with waterfront views without the oceanfront price tag. 4 bicycles & 2 kayaks provided.
**Linens and towels are to be provided by guests. You may bring your own or rent from Sheets at the Beach or Gale Force Rentals. Feel free to contact host with any questions.**
We look forward to hosting a wonderful vacation for you and are happy to provide kayaks, bikes and a boat slip. It is important to note that all of these are use at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any damage or injury that may come from using them.
If you will be keeping a boat at the provided boat slip, please send your insurance information to chelseacole904@gmail.com for us to have on file. We will need this before you can dock your vessel.
