Fully Renovated Historic Resort Lodge between Hudson River and the Catskills, two hours north of NYC. Formerly Hotchkiss House Resort and Hotel, built in 1900, and situated on 9.6 acres. Unit available is approx. 600 sq ft. This is not your grandmother's farmhouse. Renovated newer foundation and steel beams through the length, many more improvements. Less than 18 miles from Hudson Amtrak Station, and nestled at the crossroads of the Hudson River Valley and the Catskill Mountains. Thermal windows reduce drafts and keep you cozy and warm.

First Floor Corner Suite:
Average stay for 2-4 guests.
Large room with sleeper sofa, cable tv, wifi, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and hot water pitcher with cups. Sitting table and chairs, and French doors that open onto an airy wrap-around porch. Spacious corner bedroom with queen size bed , dresser and closet. Full bath with shower.

HollyKiss House was the result of many years of researching a fun place for families and friends to gather. My 16 years experience as a host taught me a lot about what travelers look for. After spending more time in New York, I saw a need for a retreat for city dwellers to escape the chaos. This estate provides many options for travelers near and far to relax and enjoy their time together.

What makes this property unique

HollyKiss House estate and grounds is a unique opportunity for several accommodation options. The property was originally established as a resort hotel in 1900. Although the suite listed is only part of the house, there are many combinations of stays, rooms, common areas, including rental of the entire property for your event or get away. Not many listings offer a 4308 sq ft renovated lodge, barn, outside areas, as well as the vintage 2,300 sq. ft. cabin/bar. Perfect for a film location, family reunion, graduation parties, birthdays, you name it. Also available for daytime events such as birthday parties, reunions, etc. without minimum nightly stay requirement.
