Please note that this house has three bedrooms on the second floor and two on the third floor, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $300.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals.
