Our oceanfront condo is located in the Ariel Dunes I building and features 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Our condo blends coastal luxury with the comfort of a home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and kitchen essentials including tableware, pots, and pans. There is a washer and a dryer located in the unit for your convenience. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a tub, and there is a second half bathroom in the hallway. All beds, including the sleeper sofa bed, have brand-new cool gel memory foam mattresses. There are two large smart flat-screen TVs in the unit, and each has a cable box. Enjoy super high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi in our unit and throughout the resort.
There are 2 pools downstairs, one of which features zero-entry & mushroom fountain for small children. The upper pool is heated from February 1st through April 10th. In addition, guests have access to 5 other pools in the resort, a private indoor fitness center and basketball courts.
Seascape resort offers access to resort amenities such as waterfront beach chairs & umbrellas through La Dolce Vita, 6 Rubico clay tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, 18-hole golf course, bike and golf cart rentals, paddleboards, kayaks, and jet skis.
