This charming beach house features four bedrooms, seven beds, three newly remodeled full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and more. We have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay on 30A!

Located in Blue Mountain Beach on world-famous 30A, you are only a short 4-minute walk to the white sand beach!

Just steps from Scenic 30A, the Gulf of Mexico, and a couple of blocks east of Gulf Place. It’s the perfect spot for your whole family and guests to get away!

Our home features an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen on the first floor. A deck connected to the living room where you can sit and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances along with granite countertops.

A bedroom with a queen bed, a large closet, and smartTV is located at the back of the house along with a newly remodeled full bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer is also available for your use.

The 2nd floor has a master suite with a king bed, balcony, smartTV, and recently remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in shower featuring two rain-head shower faucets and two hand-held sprayers.

There are two more bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One features a queen bed with a large closet and a new smartTV and the other room has two bunk-beds, a smartTV, and an Xbox One for the kids.

A newly remodeled bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms and accessed via the hallway.

We are a very kid-friendly home. We have a baby gate, highchair, and plenty of beach toys for the little ones. We also have 5 beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas available for your use as long as the previous renters didn't take and/or break them (there will be no refund or discount if they are not available).

Beach access is super easy… just steps to Gulfview Heights where amenities include a picnic pavilion with tables, restrooms, showers, and seasonal lifeguards. Beach ramps and steps lead out to the sugary white sands and turquoise waters of Blue Mountain Beach.

The community features a shared, seasonally heated, pool for all guests to use. The common area also features grills, a covered pavilion, lounge chairs, and bathrooms.

You can rent bicycles and golf carts just outside the neighborhood at Gulfview Heights Snack Shack.
