We love this neighborhood due to its proximity to the beach, Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, and many great restaurants.
What makes this property unique
Our property was features on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovation. Season 7 Episode 1. It was a property considered for renovation but in the end the contestants did not choose to purchase the property. We are glad so because then we discovered it!
