We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub, fire pit and patio were wonderful even in the snow. The house is conveniently located to everything in Flagstaff and also an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. The host is extremely responsive! We would gladly book the property again if we ever come to Flagstaff again.
Met up with family from AZ (we're in CO) so location was important. Needed to shop for Thanksgiving and everything needed was just minutes away from this awesome neighborhood. House has separate apartment on the lower level, perfect for a couple with a 3 YO. Hubby loved the hot tub. Upper level was wonderful, big open LR/DR/Kit facing south w/balcony. Great kitchen! Very responsive and helpful prop mgr. WD. Would stay there again!
Wendie was the best host and has the cleanest rental property we have ever seen. She even let us park our UTV trailers in her personal driveway (next door) to ensure we had ample parking space available. This was a solid 5 star stay, for sure!
We stayed in Wendie's property to escape the Phoenix heat with our adult children. We were looking for 2 separate units to give everyone their own space, and this property delivered! Great communication with Wendie, 10/10 on cleanliness and extremely well stocked, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Great location, comfortable furniture and a cute dog run on the side of the house made our stay relaxing and easy. We will be back!
The house was very clean and located in a great location. We took daily walks and could walk to the golf course. My teenager enjoyed having his own space on the bottom floor unit.
First and foremost Wendie was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The home was immaculate and in such a great location. Walking distance to Oakmont (Continental Country Club).
The rooms were very good size and the beds were so comfy! The split level setup worked perfectly for our group since we had a family of 4 with 2 kids (1 baby & 1 toddler). They had their own space downstairs which was ideal for them, and we had the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The group mainly hung out in the great room/living room upstairs as it has a large gathering area which was nice.
The backyard was great also and very relaxing. We used the grassy area to hang out in the shade with the kids while we BBQ’d. There’s also a dog run on the side which worked well with our 2 dogs.
Overall this was a 10/10 experience, and a great way to celebrate 4th of July with friends. We will absolutely look to book with Wendie again next year!
This stay was so relaxing. Everything was clean and nice, will definitely be back if we visit Flag again. This home would be great for any time of the year!
This property is a 10+.. It is comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. The hosts are A+ and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They even put a pop up over the BBQ so we could use it in the rain. The backyard is perfect for hanging out in. The welcoming basket was a very suprising touch and full of goodies. They have all the amenities needed to feel at home. I would definitely stay there again.
We arrived after hiking in the red rocks and this home was a perfect quit escape from the valley. You will find everything you need. My favorite part was the minimal but comfortable environment. It snowed the second day we were there and it was the perfect ending to our trip! Thank you Wendie for sharing your beautiful home with us.
