A welcoming area as you approach the condo or looking out enjoying coffee outside. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room. A real home away from home. Two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo. The main bedroom has a spacious closet and bathroom. The neighbors are fantastic and plenty of parking. Plenty of kitchen space and lots of storage if you plan to stay awhile. Utility room comes with washer dryer and internet speed is fast. We look forward to see you soon.

I stayed here for a month for work. The condo is appointed well. All is furnished except the 2nd bedroom, which was fine for my needs.

Thank you for your time looking at my condo. I am in the medical device field here in NW Austin where NW Austin has been my home the past 19 years. My condo has been my home to my daughters and me. I have recently gotten married and liked the idea of VRBO and longer term rentals and my beautiful condo. I am a hands on type of person, the condo life allowed me to be a traveler for work and enjoy the property and community when home with my kids. I am a twin dad.
Why they chose this property
The old growth trees in the community, the privacy of the condo community and the establishment of the neighborhood (1990). The neighbors are friendly and when in the established neighborhood, you forget the hustle of the city.

The condo was recently renovated from top to bottom with modern amenities. The unit is open concept with two bedrooms and full baths on opposite sides of the home. Easy parking and at the beginning of the entrance of the condo community.
