Spacious, clean, easy to access and fully stocked with cleaning materials and anything else you could need. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
The place was clean and fine. They state they have kids and there is a lot of pitter patter. Could hear the toilet flush in the middle of the night and you may hear someone playing the piano at 10:00pm (they are quite good I might add). Not bing able to park on the street closer to the door was kind of a pain, but there is a spot on the drive for you. Great location, quiet neighborhood and great price.
A spacious basement that stays cool regardless of the weather (summer stay). A calm and quiet neighborhood with a spectacular view of the mountains. The very welcoming owners!!!
Needed a place to stay during my daughter’s volleyball tournament and this was a great location. The owners were very helpful and worked well with the crazy tournament schedule. We would recommend place to others who need a no frills place.
The property was very easy to find and access. We were impressed with how impeccably clean it was. There were a few games and books for all ages. Communication with the host was always easy and well reciprocated.
The description says the property sleeps six, but darned if I know how.
There is a queen bed and a small couch in the living room that folds down. The couch/bed might in theory be able to sleep two people ... If you REALLY like to spoon with your sleeping partner. Other than that, there is a love seat that shouldn't be considered a sleeping location (unless your under 4 feet tall). So, at most, this place sleeps three comfortably...and five uncomfortably.
A couple of suggestions for the owner (which didn't effect my score ratng) would be to supply a few more bathroom and kitchen handtowels (which we only had one), replace the burned out light bulbs in the bedroom (only one out of five worked), and maybe supply an iron/ironing board. (Clothes get a little wrinkley when transported in a suitcase).

I can honestly say that staying here felt like I was at a friends who is a bachelor and he had a bed I could crash in the basement for two nights. All the towels were mismatched and looked 10 years old. The shower rod was rusted and disgusting. They had half used bottles of very generic soap/shampoo to use. It was clean, but there was very little care that went into making it look like a nice short term rental. It looked as if all the furniture and bed came from a garage sale. There was no TV. It says you get the basement, but the owners upstairs had access to the basement as well and you could hear them behind a locked door next to the bedroom.
The owners have little kids and I understand kids can be a bit noisy, however, every step taken by anyone upstairs, you can hear. And the kids would start banging things by 7am. I was not impressed and would give it 5 out of 10 at best.
