About this property

Escape to a Lakeview Hideaway in the Heart of Downtown - Walk to Wrigley Field!

Welcome to Chicago and Lakeview! From this apartment, you’re a 10-15 minute walk from Wrigley field, 15-20 minutes from the Lakefront, Lincoln Park, and all the Lakefront trails, and have major transportation access including trains and buses within a 7 minute walk so you can access Chicago Museums and explore the city. We're in the heart of the Belmont Theatre district and Walking distance to the hospital and countless restaurants, shopping, and nightlife attractions. Street Parking Available.

The space
My recently updated apartment is in one of Chicago's hottest neighborhoods (Lakeview). The building was built in 1884, before this area was formally annexed into Chicago (in 1889)! While records no longer exist, the building has been converted several times since then. You'll see from the photos that it's been updated quite a bit boasting modern furniture and amenities. While refreshing this space, we kept an eye on preserving original details to give you a unique blend of historical charm with modern conveniences. We look forward to hosting you and your group!

Bedroom 1: 8.5 x 8.5, Queen Bed, Space heater
Bedroom 2: 8.5 x 10.5, Queen Bed, Radiator, Ceiling Fan
Bedroom 3: 8.5 x 9.5, Queen Bed, Space heater, Ceiling Fan
Dining Room: Table for 8, desk, radiator
Kitchen: 12.5 x 14.5, high-top table with 4 stools, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave
Bathroom: Shower/tub, vanity, toilet, radiator
Living Room: 17 x 12.5, window AC, radiator, TV, sofa (sleeper)

Guest access
You'll be given access to the full apartment. The common spaces that are shared with other guests/tenants of the building include a utility space with laundry in the building. There is also a small backyard space.

Easy permit parking is available on the street (usually right out front) and passes can be provided for a small fee.

Other things to note
The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building. There are some stairs to get in. Also, since this building is a bit older, noise can carry between the floors.
