The Lodge is beautiful! Not like any other house we have rented. The kitchen was stocked, there is a TV in almost every area of the house. The bathrooms had everything you would need. The master suite was wonderful, the bed was so comfy and the host, Robert was so nice and available for every and any thing we needed. He was so great and patient. things: withthebour little grandkids.

An amazing, luxurious home. The coffee bar was amazing! We spent lot of time sitting on the wrap around porch and seeing the farm animals and fishing at the pond. We would love to stay again immediately!

Reunion with family and friends
We highly recommend this property!!! Great value. Everybody loved Buck Hollow Lodge. The children and adults enjoyed fishing in the pond, sitting outside watching the animals and beautiful scenery. There is an abundance of wildlife. We enjoyed a bbq, sat by the fire, and finished the evening with a poker game and adult beverages. The property is spacious and well stocked. The hosts Robert and Sharlene have gone above and beyond to make it a memorable experience.

Great views, Beautiful home, and fury farm animals
The home is very large and the grounds are perfect for all ages. My kids loved watching the farm animals and fishing in the pond. The house was fully stocked, just bring your groceries! The beds are comfy and they have satellite tv for movies. Very close to a giant lake and the deer come to visit every morning as you drink your coffee. Highly recommend!

Joys are often magnified when shared with others. That’s how we feel about the sunsets, wildlife, pine-covered hills and the animals of our mini farm, Furry Tale Farm. Spending more time with Nature, family and friends has improved our lives and we believe Buck Hollow Lodge is an affordable way for our guests to similarly benefit, one stay at a time.

Why they chose this property

After years of visiting our family here, we decided to buy a parcel of land and leave city life behind. Now, managing the three adjoining properties, we've transformed the family's lodge-style home into Buck Hollow Lodge at Furry Tale Farm.

What makes this property unique

While only an hour away from Lewiston or Moscow, our property is really in an entirely different world. With plenty of room between neighbors and more deer than people, Mother Nature has room to dazzle and inspire. See the Milky Way and stars you haven't seen for years, hear bullfrogs' love songs, watch deer graze and fall in love again with extraordinary cloud formations and spectacular sunsets. Pet pigs and goats, feed the alpaca, fish for Smallmouth Bass and Crappie in the fishing pond or teach the kids how to play horseshoes! Free wi-fi (Starlink) allows you to share stories and photos with your friends back home and stay on top of events in the "real world." Comfortable living quarters in a rustic setting, the best of both worlds.
