We had a great trip, stayed 5 days. We have a family of 5, with three daughters 15 13 11. The subway is a 5 min walk. We took the subway for everything. We hit, statue of Liberty, Wicked, yankees, 9/11 memorial, central park bike tour, lion king, times square, rockefeller center. The town house is nice. There are three bathrooms that are cozy. The upstairs master bath got warm but not hot. We ended up using the down stairs shower. The ac's were great. There is two sets of stairs, one up to the unit, and one in the unit. Cable TV was great ro, Fridge is good (no ice machine, ice trays). The windows open to the queensborough bridge on ramp and can get a little noisy but its NYC. The unit get a 7 out of 10 for readiness, to be considered a upscale unit. There are holes in the walls where frames and pictures used to be. a deep clean and spackle with paint would help. Bathrooms get a 7/10. The down stairs shower leaks onto the floor. A towel has to be placed at the bottom of the shower. The management group, was intense for a vrbo. Photo id with a selfie along with 4x confirming about the house rules. We have stayed at dozens of vrbo all over the world and never had as intense booking. Solid value and solid location. Recommendations: more towels we had 7 for 5 people for one week. The laundry machines is outside the unit that is shared with the building. Close little micro grocery stores and food. Overall Good
