Businesses in the complex include a hair salon, microblading studio and esthetician. Please inquire ahead of time if you are interested in any of these services and our friendly neighbors would be happy to have you. Located on the Esplanade you are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, Enloe hospital and Chico State University.

Guests have access to the unit and shared laundry room. A private parking lot is accessed through the back of the complex.
