"Spreading the Sunshine" is a cheerful, well-appointed Oceanfront home. From the ground-floor game room with foosball and arcade-style Pac-Man and NBA Jam games to the spectacular ocean and sound views from the airy top-floor master suite, this property has everything you could ask for and more.

The first floor welcomes you with comfortable beds and beautiful, crisp bedding. The oceanfront master bedroom provides you with private access to the first-floor deck with your private hot tub. Imagine opening your sliding glass door to the crash of the waves and the call of the gulls. This bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/ shower. Unwind in the private 6-person hot tub on the deck outside the master suite.

The bunk bedroom has views of the sound. There are 2 bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) and a smart TV. Sharing the beautiful sound view is another bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV. These two rooms share the hall bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/ shower. Rounding out the first floor is a full-size washer and dryer which helps to keep sand at a minimum.

The second floor is awash with light and the same tones of the sea, beach, and sky. The living room is furnished with a comfy queen size sleeper sofa making it just right for 2 extra guests. There is also a loveseat in the living room, a large smart TV, and across from the living room is a dining table that seats 10. This home is made to share your time with one another. With plenty of toys, games and puzzles, you won’t need to worry about bored little ones.

The well-equipped kitchen will make mealtimes easy. Whether you order a pizza or make a full meal, everything you need (except the ingredients, of course) will be there for you. Greeting the morning has never been easier or more enjoyable with the complimentary coffee bar! Choose between the Keurig or carafe-style coffee maker and head out onto the oceanfront deck to greet the day.

There is a half bath on this floor as well as another master bedroom. This bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub/ shower, and access to a private deck facing the sound. The sunsets will be amazing from this side of the home.

The third floor loft has a private bedroom suite with 360 views. A queen canopy bed, smart TV, small workstation, and bathroom might make this the favorite room in the house. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

With plenty of seating and a picnic table, the 2 Oceanfront decks invite you to spend a day soaking up the rays, reading a good book, listening to music, or catching up with family. You can reach the beach walkway from both decks. A short walk down this crossover finds you on the beach contemplating the best way to spend your free time. On the crossover, there is an open-air outdoor shower to rinse off and refresh, and off the carport is an enclosed shower. Next to the outdoor shower is a fully stocked beach equipment storage area containing beach chairs, body boards, beach toys and games, cornhole, a beach umbrella, sun shade and more for use during your stay.

You’ll have no problem leaving your day-to-day worries at the door and embracing the feeling and attitude of this lovely beach home. Pretty soon you’ll be Spreading the Sunshine, too.

"Spreading the Sunshine" is a 5-bedroom, 4 full and 1 half bathroom, 1 side of a duplex located in N. Topsail Beach, Topsail Island.

First Floor

• 1 King bedroom with smart TV and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub/ shower, Oceanfront deck access. Hot tub located just outside the master bedroom.
• 1 Queen bedroom with a smart TV.
• 1 Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) with smart TV.
• Full hallway bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub/ shower.
• Full-size washer and dryer.

Second Floor

• Dining table seats 10
• Well Equipped Kitchen with seating at 2 bar stools
• Living room has 1 queen-sized sleeper sofa, 1 love seat, smart TV, and Oceanfront deck access.
• Hallway half bath
• 1 King bedroom, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and bathtub/ shower. Access to Sound-facing balcony.

Third Floor

• 1 Queen bedroom with smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub/ shower. Note: This loft bedroom, while private and secluded from the downstairs, does not have a door.

Ground Level

• Game room with Foosball, PacMan and NBA Jam arcade games, large smart TV, giant Connect 4, toys and games

Crossover outdoor shower, as well as an enclosed private outside shower.

Beach equipment storage area with beach chairs, body boards, beach umbrella, sun shade, beach toys and games and cornhole.

Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are made for guests prior to arrival.

We make sure there is toilet paper (one roll on the holder and one extra roll) and hand soap in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, napkins, kitchen trash bags, ziploc food storage bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge, and laundry detergent. There is a complimentary coffee bar and spices, grilling rubs, oils and vinegars in the kitchen, as well. We also provide complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in each shower. We do not provide enough of the starter amenities for your entire stay.

Disclosure: Please note that a Ring doorbell camera is installed at this property at the front door. This camera is used to monitor and alert housekeeping staff/owner to delivery of packages to the property. There are no other cameras at the property. This camera is an exterior camera only.

There is a seven (7) night minimum for all stays. All rental periods are Saturday to Saturday.

• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted on the decks. Tenants agree to do so responsibly.
• No pets of any kind are permitted on the property.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to six (6) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.
