Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the estate and enjoy the front terrace, complete with a calming water fountain and fireplace with plenty of space for your guests' outdoor dining experience.  The resort-style backyard is a state-of-the-art oversized pool that encompasses a built-in infinity spa and a large slide. The area also has a private tanning deck. Bask in the sun on the tanning deck, swim, and relax in the pool. Enjoy a football game and first-run movies at the outdoor theatre complimented with Sono's sound. The area also includes your own putting green, grilling station, firepit, and outdoor pool table!   

Indoor Luxury: All HOZHO Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, complete with Wolf appliances and top-end cabinets and finishes. Wind down in your private theater after a long day in the sun. The main house has 6 bedrooms, 5 including your own ensuite bath. 

Bedroom 1: Master Ensuite - with a plush King bed and an amazing master bathroom which includes a free-standing soaking tub, walk-in shower with steam feature, two separate toilet rooms, and 3 vanities to get ready.
Bedroom 2: King bedroom with twin over twin bunkbeds; access to full bath in the hall
Bedroom 3: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom. This library turned into a bedroom is a statement piece with an indoor fireplace.
Bedroom 4: Upstairs King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom and beautiful views on a private balcony.
Bedroom 5: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom, desk, and doors leading to the shared West patio.
Bedroom 6: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom, desk, and doors leading to the shared West patio.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.
