About this property

Endless Sunsets & Huge Gravel Beach & Remodeled Cottage/Cabin

The 1,200 SF main cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a complete master suite with 2 lavatories, toilet, walk-in shower and soaking tub (separate). The 2nd bedroom is accessed off a small niche hall and the 2nd bathroom is off that same small hallway. There is a large kitchen with center island having seating for 4 people. Our emphasis is to outdoor living and there is a dining table outside on the deck capable of seating 6. The main cabin also has a laundry room/pantry with full size stack washer and dryer plus another sink and another full-size refrigerator. This cabin has two king beds. This cabin sleeps 4 in luxurious comfort. There is an extra fee is for accessing the boat lift. This is a hydraulic solar battery operated Basta boat lift, 7,000 lb. capacity. It is not part of this Vrbo listing and is a private agreement between owner and renter.

The sleeping cabin contains 384 SF & it is situated below (underneath) the main cabin deck. It functions like a daylight walk-out lower level but is actually above grade. This cabin has a main bunk space with queen bed, single bed & a bunk bed with trundle bed. There is one private bedroom in the sleeping cabin. This structure has a deck area that leads directly to the gravel beach. This sleeps 8 if you count the bunk bed with slide out lower bed.

There is an office/guest cabin of 168 SF that lies above the parking area, between the main cabin and this guest space. This has a toilet and sink and a murphy bed plus an upholstered chair for reading or relaxing. This is heated space and the 1/2 bath is part of the room; no partitioning or any separation. There are stairs from the parking lot to this cabin. There is a parking spot to the south side of this cabin. The murphy bed is a queen size mattress so the guest space sleeps 2.

Hummingbirds and other Lovely Things

This was a great stay. The house had so many nice things which the owners shared! The deck and beach setups were wonderful, and a lot of good directions were given. The grandkids loved the little hummingbirds flitting around the deck.
