Steps to nice pool, lakeside sunbathing or sunset dinner. Venice Beach is very close. Recreational faculties next door includes, walking exercise circuit, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, dices golf. Golf course 3 minutes away, as well as another 100 to choose from in Sarasota County.
Extremely quiet complex. 2 Bedrooms with 2 Lanai which is rare, one front and one back. Great dining area in back Lanai and breakfast nook in front Lanai. Very spacious 1150 sq ft, you will not be cramped.
Super good shopping and dining. Especially Snook Haven where Tarzan was filmed.
