About this property

Entire family house with artistic and cozy vibe, ideal for unforgettable vacation for 4 people. Very quiet neighborhood in old part of city, guarantee a good night sleep in two bedrooms with king size beds (for extra guest we have sofa in living room). The highlight of property is huge patio with 3 connected parts: terrace with sea view, lounge area with sun deck chairs and parasols and organic garden with solar shower and fire place and BBQ. House has Wifi, cabel TV, bathroom with laundry machine and hair dryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen with dish washer, microwave, toaster machine, orange juice machine, moka coffe, air conditioner. Parking is in front of the house and it is free. Our guest are free to pick up and enjoy seasonal fruit and vegetables (figgs, grapes, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, salad, arugula, bell pepper, mint, rosemary, sage...) in our organic garden. Photo tour in Supetar and around island are also provided by host.

My name is Marijana, I'm photographer and a writer based in NYC. My father Josko, artist and passionate gardener, built this house on a grandfathers land in 80`s. Because both of us are artistic souls we want to connect tradition and art. In this Artistic Summer House, you are welcome to pick up all the organic vegetables and fruits from the garden, while you are preparing dinners and BBQs and you are welcome to feel like you are at your own home where you can read, relax and enjoy your sea view. We want for our guests to experience pure Mediterranean style of living and to breathe all the healing herbs and fill up your soul with Adriatic sea air and with beautiful blue sea colors. Enjoy amazing sea food and great wine. Also, our guest are welcome to book experience of authentic Dalmatian dishes and a photo session - photo tours around island of Brac.

Why they chose this property

We built house on my great-grandfathers land. We want privacy and also to continue tradition, because our house is situated in the old part of town Supetar. Neighborhood are quiet, during night you can hear crickets and you can wake up with birds song.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful garden with 3 different patios - terrace and lounge with parasols and desk chairs with sea view and huge space around BBQ. We are very ecologically aware: house is build from Brac stone with respect to tradition and nature, all vegetables and fruits in garden are organic, there are bins for compost and recycling and solar shower to preserve the water resources. So, you can pick up and eat all vegetables, fruit and spices from organic garden.
