My ranch is perfect for families, couples, kids, pets, and grandparents as it is all one level and no staircases or steps to navigate. Long term seasonal bookings are taken and very welcome long in advance. The property' also has a massive open deck and back yard with outdoor dining, hot tub, outdoor shower, and fire pit. The great room includes an original restored fireplace, luxury B&B Italia furniture, fully stocked games, a flat screen TV in every bedroom, and a BREEO outdoor fire pit for cooking.

I am so passionate about wellness and have designed the home for zen. The primary suite opens directly to the outside, overlooking a peaceful and private multi acre property. The primary suite includes a custom made aromatherapy steam shower with LED anti-aging lights as well as one way windows to the outside so you can enjoy the surroundings while you relax.

You will also find basic fitness equipment on site such as yoga mats and foam rollers. We recommend starting the day with an outdoor stretch on the homes massive full length wood and stone patio. You will also find a hot/cold outdoor shower and 8 person hot tub. The hot tub is for use all year round while the shower is operational from April 1st to November 1st.

I am a local business owner (Robin Shobin of Woodstock Brewing, Halo Hydration, and Charlotte's Book) and you will also receive special discounts at Woodstock Brewing during your stay.

The house comes with central A/C and heat, an open floor plan, and massive sliding doors that line the entire back of the home for true indoor/outdoor living.

The Ranch is situated on a private road of Woodstock yet minutes to town. You can also walk to the Bearsville complex which includes several restaurants.
