Everything in it is brand new. Take in pool views while you enjoy your favorite Florida drink from your windows or from your chairs on your balcony.
Spacious kitchen features quartz countertops full size refrigerators with ice makers and a built-in microwave. Extras you might not expect include pizza ovens, hot dog toaster, coffee maker, toaster, and blender to make frozen drinks on a hot Florida day.
In the separate living room sprawl out on your queen size sleeper sofa while you watch tv on over 100 channels on your ultra-fast hard wired streaming service.
The king bedroom has a 14-inch memory foam mattress with premium sheets and bedding and its own tv and full sized bathroom with a walk in shower.
