In the heart of it all

The condo was immaculate and very well equipped. We were right in the middle of town - easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The Saturday morning farmers market was a nice surprise! The apartment was a great base for our family - made the weekend so much nicer than a hotel stay would have.

Bourbon Trail and more

We came with a group of 8 adults for a weekend away to do the Bourbon Trail. Upon arriving, Bill met us out front and took us up to the top floor penthouse. Sweet southern charm introduction. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was the perfect location for a weekend away with access to literally everything! Walkable dining for dinner, brunch, or a quick drink (literally steps away). Fun night life and easy access to enjoy the surrounding Bourbon Country venues. If/when we return to the area— no question where we are staying.

Beautiful property and great location!

Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. Restaurants and bars surround the place and our group was very happy with the location. The condo is beautiful and was roomy enough for our group of 6 to be very comfortable. The property owner was very responsive and was a delight to work with. Highly recommend this property.
