Additionally, the living room features a sofa that's large enough for someone to sleep on, providing extra space for relaxation. Full kitchen with seating for 8 along with all of the essentials: Washer/Dryer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Utensils, Cups, Bowls, Keurig, and appliances.
The outdoor backyard area is shared by the owner next door and includes the pool, hot tub, and gym, as well as BBQ, large table, and plenty of seating and sunbathing.
