The apartment has an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the most famous Brazilian beach, Copacabana, with its abundant commerce (including 24 hours), excellent restaurants, cool bars,
Shops, banks, pharmacies and Metro, as well as other means of transportation. Comprising of entrance hall, lounge with Smartv 46 ', cable TV NET, WIFI, three rooms (being two double and one single) the rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fan, the mattresses are new and of good quality , large and fully renovated social bathroom, kitchen-well equipped kitchen, and with dining table with 4 chairs and two more stools in a support bench (total of 6 people for meals). Spacious laundry area with washing machine. The guest finds everything they need to enjoy their leisure time without worries. The building has a 24 hour concierge and CITV, and still has a terrace with party room and barbecue. The street is very quiet and all wooded.
