***No matter who you book with in the Chattanooga area, please make sure the owner has a valid Short Term Rental certificate. You can ask for this upfront. Chattanooga has been cracking down on illegal short term rentals. I have seen bookings get cancelled last minute due to it being an illegal operation. I have attached my certificate to the photos section. If you don’t see one on another listing, make sure you ask for it before booking.***

Providing top-notch vacation accommodations for our guests since 2014! Our renovated bungalow has a fresh new take on Chattanooga in the early 1900's. The home is full of all things Chattanooga.

GUEST ACCESS

Our home has some newer technology that includes Internet TV on all 5 flat screen TV's which includes paid subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. We take advantage of some green technologies that are energy efficient which are better for all of us and keep our day to day costs low, for better rental rates!

LAUNDRY ROOM: Stocked with detergent & dryer sheets, for your use while you are a guest!

All beds including the twins have luxury linens that you would expect at a 5 star hotel!

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We do not live in our vacation home, so you do not have to see us at all. Of course we will be available anytime day or night if you need anything or if you have any questions. We will also be by for yard maintenance; depending on how long you stay, you may see us.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Our Bungalow is located in North Chatt, also know as the North Shore. This area is full of families, restaurants, boutiques, parks & America's #1 Museum Magnet School. Art is a huge part of our trendy community, you will see it everywhere! We are located 1 mile from Coolidge Park which is located right on the Tennessee River. You will find lots of runners, bicyclists and leisure walkers on every street. The neighborhood also features a Publix grocery store less than a mile away.

GETTING AROUND

Chattanooga offers a free electric shuttle, which has a stop right on Frazier Avenue. Just hop on and ride across the river to even more shops, restaurants, The Tennessee Aquarium, Majestic Movie Theater, Imax, etc (check out for shuttle schedule & maps). Rent a bike! Chattanooga Bicycle Transit System allows you to self pay, grab a bike and ride! You can pick up a bike at one location and return it to another! (see for details). Traffic is not heavy on the North Shore, so you can always drive your own car!

PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION

We offer two options for property damage protection: the non-refundable $59 plan offered through HomeAway/VRBO, or a fully refundable $200 security deposit. Currently, HomeAway/VRBO is not set up to offer both of these options when you request to book. If you would like the $200 security deposit option, please let us know when you submit your request. You will still have to choose the $59 plan in order to submit the form, but we will adjust it after that.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Cleaning fee is a flat rate. Extra charge of $10 per guest for more than six guests. Pet fee is $55, non-refundable. Ignore anything that says it's $150.
