The main level of this tiny home apartment features a bright, inviting and open space, with a high, vaulted ceiling.
It includes a comfortable sitting/TV viewing area, as well as a full kitchenette, with a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and a toaster oven big enough for a pizza, and a fully tiled bathroom, complete with towel warmer.
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking from scratch, or for just heating up a simple meal to eat.
The vaulted ceiling continues into the bedroom loft, allowing for plenty of headroom, and then slopes down behind the bed. The loft is reached by alternating tread steps, with railings. The steps enable easy forward-facing up and down accessibility for able bodied individuals weighing less than 250 pounds.
The bedroom offers an extra long, full bed with 100% cotton percale sheets, a small dresser, underbed storage and ample hanging space.
A small, private sitting porch overlooking the back yard, marks the entrance to the tiny house and is a place to enjoy the outdoors in warmer weather. It catches the afternoon soon for guests to soak up, but is also a sheltered space to sit in a warm, gentle rain.
The adjoining, shared patio features a large picnic table and a fire pit for guests' use.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest use, shared with the owner.
A garage space, suitable for a small to medium sized car or SUV, comes with the apartment. And storage space for overflow belongings is also available in the basement and in the garage space.
